The Symphony Guild of Charlotte is holding its inaugural, virtual Beat Beethoven 5K - a fun way to pair Beethoven's Seventh Symphony with social distancing.

This season, the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra (CSO) plans to celebrate Beethoven's 250th Birthday when it resumes concert performances. In honor of this momentous birthday, the SGC has tied its virtual race to the timing of Beethoven's energetic and tuneful Seventh Symphony. Please join us and sign up, enjoy the beautiful fall weather and maybe even shed some stay-at-home pounds! 

We will provide a playlist of all 38 minutes and 4 movements of Beethoven's Seventh Symphony, so you can socially distance your 5K run/walk and try to Beat Beethoven! Participants receive a custom t-shirt, finisher's medal, bib and goodie bag including special discount offers for CSO concerts.
