PRESTO!

Young Artists Competition 2023

We continued The Guild's long-running tradition of hosting the Young Artists Competition with excellent young talent. This year's YAC was delightful as we listened to exceptional student musicians competing for top awards at Christ Lutheran Church on February 18. More photos from the competition can be seen HERE.

The Charlotte Symphony offered discount tickets to Guild members for The Bruch Violin Concerto CSO concert at Knight Theater on  February 24 and February 25.

During the Member Appreciation reception after the Friday evening performance, members gathered in the Blanchfield Room and also celebrated Calin Lupanu, Concertmaster for 20 years in the CSO. Photos from this Member Appreciation event can be viewed HERE.

Patron Reception

We held a special Patron Reception at Circa in SouthPark on Tuesday, March 7. It was such a nice evening to gather with Patron members who have made contributions to The Guild! Guests also received a discount on purchases from the store's wonderful selections. Enjoy more photos from the occasion HERE.

New Member Event

We are excited to hold an event for our 23 new members who have joined our organization over the past two years! The dinner - at Patsy Reames' home and gardens on the evening of April 25 - will be held for new members, Board Officers and the Membership Committee.

We look forward to welcoming our newest members and informing them about The Guild's activities and volunteer opportunities.

CSO Donor Service Table

There are still several volunteer opportunities for our Donor Services Table through the end of May. Come represent The Guild and attend a great performance before this CSO concert season ends. Sign-up via the link: CSO Concerts. Thank you!

We have almost completed our 2022 - 2023 Guild Year and are looking forward to seeing you as we round up the fiscal year at our Annual Membership Meeting next month on May 17. More information will be coming about that meeting soon.

Thank you for everything you do to ensure our financial support of the CSO and its educational programs.
