PRESTO!
November 2023

Hello Guild Members!

November is a time to reflect on where we've been so far and all the many opportunities that lie ahead:

FUNDRAISING

Recent fundraisers include our Balloon Pop held at the Fall Membership Meeting, which raised $1,620. In addition, our Table & Twine fundraiser raised $160 ($1600 spent - we received 10% of sales from October 6 - November 3).

We are happy to report that Table & Twine has agreed to support our 2024 Spring Heart of the Home Tour and Fall Tasting Party.

We are introducing a new fundraiser called "Shimmer & Shine," which entails turning your unwanted gold and sterling silver jewelry into youth music education opportunities and CSO support.
More information to follow soon.

DONOR SERVICES TABLE

We need more volunteers for our Donor Services Table. This volunteer opportunity includes sitting at The Guild table in the lobby prior to the CSO concert next to a CSO Table. During this time and intermission, you represent our organization by greeting guests, handing out brochures, and answering any questions about The Guild.

Bonus: You get to attend the concert and bring another guest too. Check out the opportunities to sign-up via the link:
CSO Concerts and take advantage of this great season of performances.

My thanks to each of you for all that you are doing as Symphony Guild Volunteers and Charlotte Symphony Ambassadors by participating at The Guild table at concerts, attending and promoting symphonic music to those in your circle of influence, and your support of our fundraisers.

Your donations and participation help ensure that our region can enjoy this amazing music for years to come.
